Gabriella has worked within the property industry for over 15 years for Landlords, Private Owners, CEO’s, CFO’s, Board Director’s and Business owners. Gabriella creates Global property strategies for clients within Australia, the USA, & the UK and this gives Gabriella the competitive advantage that her clients benefit from. Gabriella has accumulated and has established a great rapport with a lot of contacts through her extensive years of working within the real estate industry and Gabriella knows how to structure a deal in order to get it over the line.

Gabriella is passionate about all things retail, she is a lover of consumerism, brands, traveling & new concepts. She is innovative and loves growing a company from small beginnings to a large scale via assisting their current growth trajectory with their property requirements.

PRESIDENT - PROPERTY

Claire Chapin began her career in retail leasing in New York City, with a focus on lower Manhattan. For the past few years, Claire took the lead for the national roll out of a Florida- and NYC-based developer, focusing on site selection, building acquisition and conversion.

Early on, Claire developed a unique knowledge of the transformation in retail markets, watching the evolution of SoHo Manhattan from a young age. Her continuing focus on the rapidly changing retail landscape has helped her stay on top of the retail market, identifying new trends, and advising clients on strategies to meet those challenges.

Claire enjoys working with retail brands and channels her passion into finding spaces that meet her client's branding and business needs. Claire has cultivated relationships and assisted in securing stores for brands that include Hourglass Cosmetics, Glossier, Cha Cha Matcha, Odin, Brandon Maxwell, Naked and Famous Denim, 12th Tribe, Norrøna, Daily Paper, and Honey Birdette.

FINANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Karina has worked together with Gabriella for the last 6 years and has been providing support in both the Property and the Finance department.

Karina plays a vital role in supporting the operations and she ensures the smooth functioning of property-related tasks and projects, as well as managing the Accounts Department.

In Karina’s spare time she loves retail, the beach and nature.
